****My Review****

The Perfect Liar……..

Even though I am not a lover of mysteries or suspense, the title and the attractive cover quickly drew my interest. I was persuaded that the book deserved a shot.

I read it… and I’m not sure what I was expecting, maybe some psychopaths and murders; I anticipated giving up after a few pages, but I was mistaken; The Perfect Liar by Beverley Harvey kept my interest till the very end.

The book summary for this intriguing thriller gives away far too much information. Go right to the book instead of reading the blurb if it is still possible. My delight in a major twist was somewhat diminished after reading the summary.

Susanne and her two friends: Evie, and Dale had planned to take a leisurely vacation during their month in Tuscany. One ideal and fascinating diversion from daily life. Meeting dashing fellow vacationer Harry and their passionate affair is simply the cherry on top.

Harry, however, is not who he claims to be.

The Perfect Liar by Beverley Harvey was entertaining for the most part, but the middle quarter dragged quite a bit. The females appeared to get along well. As their bond grew, I adored seeing them spend their days in the sun.

The villain was a slick operator with charisma who understood how to reel in the fish, and he kept me on the edge of my seat. The reader was gradually made aware of the reality in the middle. I kept hoping the women would get to see it as well.

The author succeeds in producing this fantastic work with a marginally unanticipated narrative. It addresses deeper topics including the motivations behind certain behaviors, genuine ties, and the meaning of friendship, as well as the significance and acceptance of variety among us. It is well-written yet a little disturbing. Many apparently unrelated descriptions heavily rely on the adage “appearance may be misleading.”

The Perfect Liar by Beverley Harvey was recounted from many points of view, giving readers the ideal opportunity to get to know the characters, who are deeply developed and complicated in a variety of ways. The suspense that gradually builds throughout the story will have readers on edge the entire time. And the conclusion was absolutely fantastic.

All in all, The Perfect Liar by Beverley Harvey is a good choice for everyone who appreciates tremendous suspense and a quick diversion from real life. It promises a couple of leisurely hours of reading that will keep you interested but not too tense or horrifying.
