Code of Conduct Policy
At Lost In Bookland, we are committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful community for all of our readers. To help ensure that our community remains a safe and positive space for everyone, we have established the following Code of Conduct:
- Respect others: We expect all members of our community to treat each other with respect and kindness. Personal attacks, harassment, or any other form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

- No spam or self-promotion: We ask that members of our community do not use our platform to promote themselves, their products, or their services. This includes spamming our comments section or messaging other users with unsolicited advertisements.
- Follow the rules: We expect all members of our community to abide by our policies and guidelines, including our comment policy, privacy policy, and terms of service. Violations of these policies may result in removal from our community.
By participating in Lost In Bookland, members of our community agree to abide by this Code of Conduct. We are committed to providing a positive and welcoming community for all of our readers, and we appreciate your help in making that possible.
Examples of behavior that violate our code of conduct include, but are not limited to:
- Harassment: This includes any behavior that is offensive, intimidating, or hostile towards another person, including but not limited to: sexist, racist, or ableist comments, sexual harassment, or personal attacks.
- Hate speech: We do not tolerate any language that attacks a person or group based on their race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic.
- Trolling: We expect visitors to engage in meaningful and respectful discussions. Deliberately posting inflammatory or off-topic comments with the intention of provoking other users is not allowed.
- Spamming: We do not tolerate any unsolicited commercial or promotional content. This includes self-promotion or promoting third-party products or services without permission.
- Plagiarism: We expect all users to respect intellectual property and properly attribute any sources used in their comments or content.
- Illegal content: We do not allow any content that is illegal or violates any laws.
Lost in Bookland reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to deleting comments, blocking users, or reporting inappropriate behavior to law enforcement authorities, in response to any violation of this code of conduct.
