**** My Review ****

Nothing is more thrilling than a weekend of reading. And especially when you are reading a book that makes you laugh and enjoy the story. Interesting storyline with just the right amount of romance and sensuality. If this sounds alluring, you should read The Deal by Elle Kennedy, the first in a series of captivatingly sensual and amazing campus stories.

This narrative will hold your attention from start to finish and won’t let go even after you’ve finished reading the last page.

Hannah Wells leaps with pleasure when she finally meets someone who captures her eye. But there is one minor issue. Wounds from the past are making her feel broken and unable to try and form a relationship with anyone.

She needs all the courage she can muster to leave her comfort zone and take the first step. That, however, is easier said than done. So when the attractive but arrogant captain of the hockey team approaches her with an offer, she knows she’d be insane to refuse it. She is prepared to tutor him for as long as it takes to get what she needs.

Gareth Graham is living his dream. Girls stand in line to get his attention, and he has fantastic friends with whom he shares his passion for hockey. He has always been a huge hockey fan and wants to keep playing once he graduates from college. The path to success does, however, include one major obstacle. Passing his exams…   So he decides to approach the nerdy Hannah and makes it clear that he won’t accept a no.

What initially appeared to be a harmless study date develops into something more intense. The appeal simply cannot be ignored. One meeting, two, lots of laughter, and sharing of secrets bring the closeness they both desire.
But how can they admit all that? How can a broken girl and the no-strings-attached guy be more than just friends?

In terms of college romances, I don’t believe I’ve read a better one, which is noteworthy considering how quickly I devour all types of books.

There are tropes and cliches in The Deal by Elle Kennedy, as there are in all NA romances, but they all seem surprisingly refreshing. There is no toxic masculinity or harsh love. Only genuine love and the ability to experience emotion, without needless exaggeration or angst… Just a range of fantastic characters and first-rate narration.

I adored Elle’s easygoing writing style and the way she was able to make the entire plot bounce. The setting of the action and the quirky characters provide a distinct touch. I’ve never met a book boyfriend as great, crazy, and attractive as Garrett Graham. Where can I find a person like him? I ask for a friend. Of course!

However, in general, you can relate to and dislike all of the characters. I had no idea that hockey could suddenly go from a dull sport to one that is intriguing. Naturally, as a result of the players’ shrewd actions and intriguing movements.

The most entertaining and ticklish NA romance I’ve read in a long time. The Deal by Elle Kennedy is the ideal book for you if you’re seeking a sweet and funny romance that will put a smile on your face…
